Aliwazas Mag: Hi, Eboni. Can you tell us what your "thing" is?
Eboni Green: I create communications and media solutions in response to client problems.
AM: We know it is sometimes difficult to finally do "the thing." What pushed you to get out of your head and get started?
EG: I had no choice. My skill set was too varied to get a job. No one would hire me, so I had to figure out who was willing to buy my skills.
AM: To what do you credit any success that you've experienced once you got started?
EG: Faith. The ability to see beyond my obstacles into my destiny. A “why not” spirit. Why not me? Why not now? Why wouldn’t the best thing possible happen? Why wouldn’t this thrill my client?
AM: At which point along your journey (if any) did you find ease? How do you create ease for yourself along the way?
EG: When I realized I wasn’t going to die. I know that sounds morbid, but I survived an incredibly scary international situation and I knew that I didn’t survive that just to die as a failure. I was meant for more, not just for myself but for others. So I relaxed and decided to ride the waves. I’ll get there, whether it’s on the route I thought I’d take or the route that is created for me.
AM: What advice would you give to our readers?
EG: Take the steps and the path will appear. #witness
